Registration certificate as a Civil Society Organisation (Non-Governmental Organisation, Community Based Organisation, Faith Based Organisation)

A signed copy of the Constitution or Governance document with the signatures of the board members and management.

Licenced/Accredited to relevant bodies (where applicable)

Bank confirmation letter

Financials signed by a member of BICA (+P500k for pre-existing organisations)/BAOA compliant(for news organisations)

Valid Omang (citizens)/Passport (Non-citizens) + residence permits and if working, work permit

Proof of income (e.g., payslip)

Proof of residence

Concise project brief (Objectives, intended recipients, budget based on three quotations, location, sustainability plan and the project impact)

 

Qualifying criteria

  • Sponsorship proposal cannot promote gambling
  • Sponsorship proposal cannot have any political or religious associations
  • Sponsorship proposal cannot contain any incriminating information
  • Sponsorship proposal cannot contain any discriminatory information
